What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, understand their needs, and introduce solutions that make a difference.

Representing one of Canada's leading telecommunications providers, you'll become the face of the brand while creating positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships.

More importantly, you'll gain real-world experience in communication, customer service, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

Your Day-to-Day

- Connect with customers through professional interactions
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the best solutions
- Build trust through excellent customer service
- Create long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals




- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records
- Continuously develop your communication and leadership abilities

Who We're Looking For

You should be:

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, client relations, or other customer-facing roles is an asset, but not required.
