Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties

- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Follow health and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation,



cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food handling procedures
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
