Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients following established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal texture and flavor
- Assist in food handling and meal preparation to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen
- Serve customers at the counter or during dine-in service with friendly professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times
- Support the team in food industry best practices, including inventory management and ingredient rotation
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in pizza or similar cuisine
- Strong skills in serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
- Experience with food handling regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth in the food industry
- Prior kitchen experience or meal preparation background is highly desirable
