Job Requirements:

 A positive team player attitude and a strong willingness to learn

 Minimum 5+ year experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations

 Must be physically fit, able to lift and carry loads exceeding 25lbs

. Excellent communication skills; understand both oral and written instructions in English.

 Able to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends and holidays.

 Professional appearance as this position requires frequent interaction with the public and other team members.

You have:

- Valid G drivers license.
- Own transportation required
- Hand tools are an assist

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
