We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner for project-based assignments. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private residences, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Fluency in English is required. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, windows, and appliances using appropriate cleaning supplies
- Organize and declutter spaces to improve functionality and appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety protocols throughout all cleaning activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of qualified cleaning experience
- Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable transportation required (jobs across the GTA)
- Strong communication skills — responsive, professional, and able to confirm job details/updates in real time
- Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Location is Greater Toronto Area
