Duties

- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with laboratory tasks as needed, ensuring proper handling of samples.




- Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered at the clinic.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Experience

- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and scheduling.
- A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing outstanding client service is essential.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Experience:

- Veterinary front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
