Mechanical Division Full-time Simcoe, ON $36-48/hour

About This Role

Rassaun Services Inc. is seeking skilled Licensed Industrial Millwrights to join our growing mechanical division. You'll work on a variety of industrial projects including equipment installation, plant maintenance, shutdowns, and turnarounds for clients across Southern Ontario.

As a Millwright at Rassaun, you'll be part of a team that's been delivering quality industrial services for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on our safety record (Canada's Safest Employer finalist) and our commitment to our employees' growth and development.

Requirements

- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright license




- Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with precision alignment and installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel to customer sites across Southern Ontario
- Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts when required

Nice to Have

- Welding experience (CWB certification a plus)
- Rigging certification
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Previous shutdown/turnaround experience
