Full-Time Retail Supervisor

Nove Wholesale is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our Saskatoon team.

This position is suited to someone with professional nail industry knowledge, strong retail experience, and the confidence to help oversee daily store operations. The successful candidate will provide knowledgeable customer service, support and guide retail staff, assist with inventory and merchandising, and help ensure the store remains organized and operates efficiently.

This position offers the potential for future advancement based on performance, experience, business needs, and position availability.

Nail certification is required.

Responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service
- Assist customers with product recommendations and purchasing decisions
- Supervise and support retail staff during scheduled shifts
- Assign daily tasks and help ensure duties are completed
- Assist with staff training and product education
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer orders through the POS system
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Assist with inventory receiving, organization, restocking, and counts
- Maintain accurate product displays, pricing, and merchandising
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and professionally presented
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Help maintain store procedures and customer-service standards
- Communicate operational concerns and staff updates to management
- Complete administrative and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Must have a recognized nail certification
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate,



Sales Representative, Retail Supervisor, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer-service practices
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures, receiving, and stock organization
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Able to guide staff and address workplace concerns professionally
- Able to perform under pressure and respond to complaints in a timely manner
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable learning new products, systems, and procedures
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays
