Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for documenting findings in client-facing reports and collaborating with special investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct investigations of assigned cases from detection sources
- Analyze data with Analysts to identify fraud
- Document outcomes and proposed resolutions per policy




- Write detailed reports on investigative findings
- Recommend actions to mitigate future fraud risks

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education (degree/diploma required)
- Minimum two years' experience in investigative or analytical roles
- Robust decision-making and communication skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Access
