You will provide critical insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough variance analysis and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting and forecasting for the supply chain monthly and annually
- Analyze month-end variance drivers against budgets and forecasts




- Partner with commercial and operational leads on value initiatives
- Design KPIs to enhance financial reporting and visibility

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in FP&A;
