Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and nursing procedures within LPN scope
- Monitor and report resident health status changes
- Implement individualized care plans collaboratively
- Maintain accurate documentation in Point Click Care, eMAR
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma required
- Current BCCNM registration in good standing
- Preferred experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Availability for overnight shifts (23:00–07:00)
