Reporting to the Vice President of Aviation, this strategic role is vital for managing distinct HR services aligned with the Annual Strategic Plan. You will guide People & Culture Managers specialized in Talent Acquisition, Employee Care, and Health and Safety.

This position aims to enhance employee engagement, track HR metrics, and cultivate PASS's Culture of CARE within a unionized setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR policies and ensure consistent applications
- Design effective talent acquisition and staffing processes
- Collaborate on successful HR metrics implementation




- Oversee employee culture training and development plans
- Administer performance review processes and promote inclusivity

Requirements:

- 10-15+ years progressive HR experience in senior roles
- Experience in a unionized environment and collective bargaining
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance
- Ability to build relationships across all levels
- Travel across Western Canada as required
