Support community initiatives and outreach as the Community Engagement and Development Manager at The Mark Preece Family House. This full-time role focuses on donor engagement and growing visibility across the region.

This position is an 18-month leave coverage role reporting to the Executive Director. As a Manager, you will enhance community awareness through targeted outreach, foster partnerships with local businesses, and lead fundraising events. You'll be instrumental in connecting families to care during medical crises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Increase visibility across the regional catchment
- Build connections with local businesses and community groups
- Support and grow donor and community partnerships




- Assist in researching and writing grant proposals
- Manage signature fundraising events and initiatives

Requirements:

- 2-4 years in community engagement or nonprofit development
- Experience in fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship
- Proven digital communication and storytelling skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Robust organizational and project management abilities
