Kids & Company is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3) to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing an Emergent Curriculum and collaborating with professionals while ensuring children feel secure and nurtured.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily documentation and attendance records
- Implement educational practices that focus on child growth
- Support emotional and behavioral well-being
- Conduct health and safety checks regularly
- Facilitate transitions within classrooms as needed

Requirements:

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or 3)
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Valid CPR Level B and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift and manage up to 45 pounds
- Strong communication and organization abilities
