In this position, you'll support the Modular Solutions team by engaging in all project phases for mid-rise and high-rise developments. Partnering closely with the Site Construction Manager and Project Manager, you will oversee critical site operations and collaborate with various teams, including subcontractors and municipal authorities.

Your input will be vital in coordinating activities, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support construction planning and scheduling efforts
- Coordinate site crews and subcontractors effectively




- Monitor project progress and report on quality and safety
- Conduct inspections and coordinate post-installation activities
- Review drawings and support design coordination efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-8 years experience in residential or modular projects
- Solid understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Ability to read and interpret project documentation
