This well-respected national law firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join its Calgary office. Candidates with a partial portable book of business will thrive, as existing workflows cover key areas of commercial law. Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage a portfolio of corporate clients
- Provide advisory services to various businesses
- Draft commercial agreements and transactional documents
- Drive financing, acquisition, and real estate transactions
- Build strong client relationships and maintain engagement
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years’ solicitor-side experience
- Background in corporate and commercial law required
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and franchising
- Strong client management and business development skills
- Current member of the Law Society of Alberta
