As a Branch Partner Manager, you'll serve as a key liaison between United and its Partners. Collaborate across departments like Finance and Learning & Development to enhance Partner skillsets. Focus on executing compliance processes, managing performance, and addressing Partner needs timely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute United Services Group’s Vision, Mission, and Strategic plans
- Lead National Partner Meetings quarterly and annually
- Manage Partner Recruitment and build a skilled Resource Pool




- Ensure legal compliance through the United Hiring Packages
- Support Regional teams in performance management

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ operational experience
- 5 years in a progressive management role
- Available for frequent travel as required
- Spanish preferred in Ontario West
