incentive programs and ongoing Total Rewards initiatives.- You’ll support employee benefits administration, recognition programs and process improvements while collaborating across the Total Rewards team to provide seamless coverage during peak periods.- You’ll identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting and maintain accurate policies and documentation.Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards with a strong focus on compensation analysis and job evaluation.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.- Experience participating in salary planning, market benchmarking, compensation surveys and internal equity analysis.- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with HRIS platforms.
