Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Lead O9 – IBP, Assortment planning Consultant with a robust background in supply chain solutions.Responsibilities
Configure planning, workflow modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, and report design.Refine user stories and support Client Success teams in resolving complex production issues.Manage and lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants.Maintain efficient, user‑friendly interfaces and optimize system performance.Work extended periods at a computer and communicate via telephone, email or face‑to‑face.Required Qualifications
Minimum 9 years overall experience in supply chain solutions.At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with o9 Solutions.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Proficiency in relevant software and tools, and proven leadership and team‑management experience.Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate;
may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent;
may consider progressive experience in lieu of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship;
Infosys will not provide immigration sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a consulting role.Knowledge of additional supply‑chain management software.Certification in o9 Solutions or related field.Compensation
