Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achievedManage project scope, resources, and client expectations while proactively identifying risks and opportunitiesOversee design development for power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and building systems integrationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-performing building solutionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to repeat business and project growthMentor junior engineers and support team development through knowledge sharing and technical guidanceEnsure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and sustainability objectivesContribute to continuous improvement in project delivery processes and technical excellenceThe Skills That Set You Apart
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with progressive experience in building systems designProven experience managing or supporting project delivery, including schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordinationProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia (or eligibility)Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards applicable to buildingsExperience with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD,



and power system analysis softwareDemonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and influence outcomesAbility to obtain
