Develops annual budget and financial forecasts;
monitors expenditures and revenueAnalyzes monthly performance reports and implements strategies to improve profitabilityOversees daily operations including scheduling, workflow, and resource planningMonitors technician productivity, efficiency, and overall work qualityHires, trains, mentors, and evaluates body shop staff, ensuring ongoing developmentManages estimates, invoicing, and insurance claim tracking with attention to accuracyEnforces company policies, safety standards, and regulatory complianceProvides regular updates to senior leadership and participates in management meetingsReviews and closes repair orders, tracks work in progress,



and ensures timely billingIdentifies recent revenue opportunities and process improvementsEstablishes performance goals and communicates expectations clearly to the teamBuilds and maintains positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and insurance partnersRequired Qualifications
Red Seal Certification as a Body Shop TechnicianMinimum of seven years’ experience in the heavy‑duty truck body shop industryProven leadership experience in a body shop or service management roleStrong customer service background with experience in client‑facing situationsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and dealership management softwareIn‑depth understanding of estimating processes, repair procedures, and insurance protocolsKnowledge of federal, provincial, and local regulations impacting body shop operationsCompany Overview
