42642About The Role.The Product Manager – Grower Relationship Management (GRM) supports the design, development, and scaling of digital products that enhance how McCain engages with growers and field teams globally. This role combines product management, business process design, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that improve grower experience and operational efficiency across diverse regions.What You’ll Be Doing.
Develop and support the GRM product vision, roadmap, and prioritizationGather insights from growers, regional teams, and user feedbackTranslate business needs into clear product requirements and user storiesUse user journey mapping to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with technology, UX, and architecture teams in Agile delivery environmentsSupport testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities across global regionsMonitor product performance and drive continuous improvementAlign product outcomes to defined OKRs and success metricsLeverage AI tools to enhance prototyping and requirement developmentEnsure solutions deliver value to growers, field teams, and the broader businessWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or related field5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis,



or digital rolesExperience working in global or multi‑region environmentsStrong business process mapping and product translation skillsExperience across the full product lifecycle (concept through sustainment)Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development practicesStrong communication and stakeholder alignment capabilitiesAnalytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑makingExperience with CRM platforms (e.G., Salesforce) is an assetAgriculture or AgTech experience is an assetSuccess Metrics.
A user‑centric focus, measurable business impact, and high engagement from our growth partners will be key performance indicators.Compensation Package
: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility. The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.Benefits
