Senior Product Designer
for a growing B2B SaaS company based in downtown Toronto. This is an opportunity to step into a highly impactful role with a small but mighty design team, owning the end‑to‑end product experience and shaping how customers interact with a complex, data‑driven platform.The company is in a solid growth phase and looking for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys taking ownership, and can balance product thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams to define user experiences, simplify complex workflows, and deliver intuitive, high‑impact solutions.This is not a support design role;

Core Focus
Own the full product design lifecycle from discovery through deliveryTranslate complex, data‑heavy workflows into intuitive user experiencesPartner closely with product and engineering to define and prioritize featuresEstablish and evolve design systems, processes, and best practicesContribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinkingDay‑to‑Day Responsibilities




Lead design for new features and product enhancementsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams on product direction and trade‑offsConduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysisCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designsContinuously iterate on workflows to improve usability and engagementRequired Skills & Experience
5+ years of product design experience within B2B SaaS environmentsExperience working as a solo designer or in small, fast‑moving teamsStrong UX/UI skills with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product designExperience designing complex, data‑driven, or workflow‑heavy applicationsAbility to simplify ambiguity into clear, intuitive user experiencesStrong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and stakeholdersComfortable operating with high ownership and minimal directionExperience in startup or growth‑stage environmentsNice to Have
Experience with data platforms, analytics tools, or fintech productsExposure to AI‑driven or workflow automation toolsExperience building or scaling design systemsThe Offer
