Lead multiple strategic projects using Finning’s Project Management & Continuous Improvement frameworksPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to define project charters, roadmaps, and execution plansDeliver results aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance performance and efficiencyDrive change management to ensure long‑term adoption and successMentor and support Project Leads to build internal capabilityCollaborate across teams to solve complex problems and implement sustainable solutionsChampion a culture of continuous improvement and project excellenceSupport teams with tools, reporting,



and project structure best practicesCoordinate large initiatives alongside the Process Improvement ManagerWhat You Bring
3+ years of project management experience (business improvement/change management focus)5+ years of progressive business experience (consulting is a plus)Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, or Process ImprovementStrong understanding of project management and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with CAT Product Link technology (highly preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, VisioFamiliarity with Caterpillar operations is an assetKey Strengths
