DescriptionResponsibilitiesDesign and develop functionalities on DCP to support ministry business requirementsDevelopment and configuration of integration of Siebel with other ministry applications using web services or other mechanismsConducts support, maintenance, prototyping and configuration of a complex Oracle Siebel SolutionHands‑on configuration and troubleshooting of issues of Siebel implementation and its integration with subsidiary systems such as PEP, ONE-KEY, ERDMS, Oracle Service Cloud, GIS (ArcGIS) in Development and Production environmentsConduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents resolve issuesDocumenting processes and technical designs and updating build booksProvide accurate estimates for proposed features/enhancements and review the estimates from other team members for completeness and accuracyEngaging with LRC and program staff to develop techniques to expedite implementation;
works closely with Project Manager and lead architect and participate in the planning and design processDesign and develop prototypes and proof of conceptsDocument build books, working with LRC staff on actual implementation document performance measures of the new environmentsKnowledge and experience to evaluate fit/gap analysis between high‑level requirements and Oracle Siebel Public Sector capabilitiesResearch Oracle tools and techniques to inform / recommend improved design, functionality and/or performanceDevelop unit testing scripts to confirm successful installation/configurationDeveloping prototype integration framework to ensure the successful implementation using Open UI scripting, EAI, EIM, ETL web services and REST serviceDevelop build books, working with LRC staff on actual implementation;
documenting performancemeasures of new environmentsPlan and develop data migration and/or integration (ETL or web services) from other ministry solutions to the Siebel solutionEnsure compliance with I⁢ and Communication standards and directives, (e.G. AODA, digital design principles and web style guides)Ensure designs are re‑sizable / scalable for multiple screen platformsRecommend development and support technologies that provide more effective code managementDevelop testing scripts to ensure integrity during changeDefine diagnostic methods to help incident managementEngage with LRC staff to troubleshoot problems in DR/RR migration and LOV migrationKnowledge Transfer RequirementsKnowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of the assignment through regular meetings, touchpoints, and working sessions with LRC staffAll design, development, artefacts, and source code,
