The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to work towards onboarding applications to RBCs Identity and Access Management solutions in accordance with the IAM onboarding strategy and IAM goals. This role will require you to work with a wide range of technology and business stakeholders to ensure onboarded applications continue to comply with security standards. You will identify business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and meet sponsor/stakeholder needs.Responsibilities
Work with business partners and application teams across RBC Enterprise to explain the onboarding process and document requirements. Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.Work with business partners and application teams to ensure onboarded applications continue to be compliant.Learn architectural patterns relevant to RBCs IAM services.Identify and report security risks in accordance with RBC Standards.Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as requested by the onboarding team: This may include:
Review, analyze, and define onboarding requirements as well as contribute to the technical development specificationsTest case scenario creation and assisting with test case writingAssisting with DEV, SAI (UAT) and PIV testing
Must Have Requirements
7+ years experience working with IAM capabilities and solutions,



must have a solid understanding of IAM concepts and solutions designs for efficient security controlsExperience with one or more IAM tools: CyberArk PAS, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or Entra IDAbility to manage, lead, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversightDeadline-driven and results-oriented;
able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Understanding data sets and generating meaningful reportsNice-to-Have Requirements
Proficient technical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, etc.), Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), and ServiceNow.Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSPBenefits
