Position Overview
Support the franchisee lifecycle including franchisee recruitment, recognizing franchisee milestones, awarding franchisee extensions and supporting franchise sale transactions. The Manager will help grow the franchisee base nationwide and work directly with franchisee candidates, external vendors, Field Operations, Operations Training, Communications Team, and Legal.Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national recruiting strategy to attract high‑quality franchisee candidates, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to support national growthImplement and execute strategic initiatives to increase the quantity of highly‑qualified applicantsAssess strategic needs and priorities across the nation in liaison with the Field Operations teamAnalyze franchisee metrics to evaluate the success of new franchisee placementsContinuously improve the franchisee life‑cycle experience, from initial application through onboarding, to strengthen brand perception and long‑term successSupport succession planning and internal candidate development to ensure a sustainable pipeline of future operatorsManage and develop strategy for the owner recognition programLiaise with the Communications Team to execute owner recognition initiativesSupport the Performance & Expandability (P&E;) model, the internal franchisee success system used to evaluate franchisee performance and drive growth decisionsDevelop and maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track key owner information and dataRequirements
3–5 years of experience in business, finance, franchising, or a related fieldUniversity degree in business, communications, hospitality, economics, finance,



or related disciplineStrong preference for a bilingual candidateExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong business and financial acumen and business development capabilitiesAbility to establish and build effective relationships and to work collaboratively with others to set and achieve goalsAbility to analyze and interpret information, identify issues and their causes, and use good judgement to resolve issuesCompensation
Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 CAD. Base salary may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. The position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long‑term incentive plan.Benefits
