As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll help shape the primary product surfaces entrepreneurs use to run their businesses.You’ll work across our operator platform (web), in-store POS (React Native), mobile experiences, customer touchpoints, and supporting internal tools. You’ll collaborate closely with product and backend engineers to design and build intuitive, reliable workflows.Your focus will be on solving real customer problems and making complex operational tools feel simple, quick, and trustworthy as the platform continues to scale.At Micromart, you will
Build and evolve core product experiences across our operator platform (web), in-store POS (React Native), mobile apps, customer touchpoints, and supporting internal toolsOwn frontend features end to end,



from implementation through production and iterationWork closely with product and backend engineers to shape workflows and APIsBuild interfaces that balance power and simplicity for real operational use casesBuild and evolve data-rich, real-time frontend experiences for operational and in-store use casesImprove frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability over timeMake pragmatic tradeoffs that prioritize clarity, usability, and long-term qualityBuild with a high quality bar, catching edge cases through careful implementation, testing, and iterationWhat you bring to the team
Strong experience building and owning production frontend applicationsStrong fundamentals in frontend architecture, state management, browser behavior, and API integrationComfort debugging complex frontend issues, including performance, memory, and production bugsExperience with modern frontend technologies such as React, React Native, and TypeScriptExperience building complex React-based products, including admin-style dashboards or operational interfacesComfort working with real production data and complex workflowsStrong product instincts and attention to UX detailsA bias toward simplicity, quality, and continuous improvementNice to have
