As an Account Director at Zenith, you will own the client relationship. You will provide strategic leadership and guidance of the media team in terms of conception and delivering innovation, bringing human outcomes to your client’s business. You will also guide, mentor and contribute to the overall growth and career path of the team.You will be responsible for developing and selling through Zenith and Publicis Media solutions to your roster of clients.Responsibilities




Lead and manage the client relationshipActively listens to clients and continually identifies opportunities that makes Zenith indispensable to clients, while bringing the Human Experience to the forefrontDevelop and sell through Zenith and Publicis Media solutions to your roster of clientsMaintain an in-depth knowledge of client business from current and historical perspectivesCo-ordinate and ensure the quality of work for all client deliverablesEffectively negotiates annual retainer fee with client to ensure agency is making a fair profitCoach, develop and mentor junior team memberEnsures current staff is fully utilized and operating effectively to meet client needs within budgetParticipates in the overall management of the company, new business and offering support to business issues and supporting senior management decisionsProvides thought leadership to colleagues, clients and projectsManages client contribution to vendor commitmentsTake a lead role in recruitment of new staff and make hiring recommendations for teamEnsure client financials are accurate and delivered on deadlineEnsure accurate client forecasts for internal agency usageQualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university10+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and managementDemonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services professionAble to establish and manage to P&L; statementExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiating skillsSolid interpersonal and teamwork abilitiesStrong leadership and management skillsDemonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilitiesStrong analytical abilitiesStrong command of media research and reporting resourceAdditional information
