Manage a team of Inside Sales ExecutivesHandle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into qualified opportunitiesConduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirementsPrepare and support in preparing the
Techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotationsLiaise with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and solution alignment.Ensure proposals meet client requirements, compliance standards, and commercial viability.Maintain CRM, sales pipeline,



and MIS reportsAct as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and proposal stage.Address client queries related to scope, commercials, timelines, and deliverables.Maintain strong relationships to enhance conversion and repeat business.Skills
Solid understanding of
Techno-commercial proposals and costingGood communication and coordination skillsExperience in B2B inside sales / sales support / pre-salesProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM toolsDetail-oriented and customer-focusedAbility to work with
cross-functional and global teamsSupport contract finalization and handover to operations teams.Qualifications
7+ years of experience in
Inside Sales / Sales Support / Pre-SalesExposure to solution-based or service-based sales preferred
