Reporting to the Partner in charge of Associates, the Director works directly with the firm’s associates and students to implement our programs, including orientation, professional development, wellness, mentorship and performance evaluations. The Director also helps approve and organize the firm’s lawyer events, including associate events and helps build and manage the programs’ annual budget.Key Responsibilities
