ABOUT THE ROLE New Earth Landscaping is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Landscaper to join our team.This role is for someone who can, build with confidence, and maintain a high standard of quality on premium landscape projects. We do premium landscape construction — not quick, cheap work. We care about our employees, our culture, and the quality of what we build. WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING · Paver patios and walkways · Retaining walls (base prep, drainage, geogrid, proper install) · Grading and base preparation · Edging and hardscape features · Tree, shrub, and planting installs · Full yard landscape remodels WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are someone who: · Has strong landscape construction experience · Can confidently execute landscape/ hardscape projects · Understands plans and elevations and, more importantly, knows how to execute accurately on-site · Has a strong eye for detail in workmanship, crew leadership, and jobsite management · Can communicate professionally with both the crew and clients · Takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps jobs moving · Works safely, efficiently,



and with high standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Work with a 4-person crew on landscape construction projects · Read plans and understand elevations/layout requirements · Execute builds properly and maintain high-quality standards · Communicate with clients on-site in a professional manner · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite · Coordinate tools, equipment, and daily jobsite needs · Update management on job progress, materials, and issues · Help train team members and maintain strong culture on site REQUIRED *Proven experience in landscape construction (not lawn maintenance) Strong experience with: - Paver patios - Retaining walls - Grading / base prep - Planting / full yard installs - Experience leading crews on job sites - Ability to read plans and understand elevations - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - High attention to detail and pride in workmanship - Valid driver’s licence - Reliable personal vehicle (must be able to get to and from job sites) - Equipment Experience (Required) WHAT WE OFFER $28–$45/hour (based on experience, execution ability, and leadership) - Overtime pay - Full-time, year-round work - Landscape construction season - Snow removal in winter - Opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role over time - A company culture that genuinely cares about employees on and off the job - High-quality, premium projects (not rushed, low-standard jobs) HOW TO APPLY Email the following to [email protected] 1.
