We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities - Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily operational goals. - Plan, assign, and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and accuracy. - Ensure all warehouse operations are carried out safely and efficiently. - Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. - Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment activities. - Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed. - Communicate effectively with management and other departments to resolve operational issues. - Assist with scheduling, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Qualifications & Skills - Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. - Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and material handling. - Excellent understanding of workplace health and safety practices and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to understand,



follow, and communicate instructions clearly. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - Proficient with warehouse systems and basic computer applications is considered an asset.
