We are seeking an exceptional Lead Pet Groomer and Salon Manager for a new opening premium grooming salon . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced groomer who is ready to move into a leadership role, manage a professional salon and have meaningful input into its operations, services and team. The role The Lead Groomer and Salon Manager will be responsible for: -providing high-quality professional grooming services; -overseeing daily salon operations and appointment flow; -maintaining excellent grooming, safety and cleanliness standards; -supporting the selection of grooming equipment and professional products; -assisting with service menus, pricing and salon procedures; -recruiting, training and mentoring groomers and grooming assistants; -managing customer concerns professionally; -helping create a positive, respectful and efficient workplace; -ensuring every pet receives patient, gentle and attentive care. The ideal candidate We are looking for someone with: -at least three to five years of professional grooming experience; -excellent grooming and finishing skills; -experience with different breeds,



coat types and temperaments; -strong pet-handling and safety knowledge; -leadership, supervisory or salon-management experience; -excellent customer-service and communication skills; -reliability, maturity and professional judgment; -the ability to motivate and support a grooming team. Cat-grooming experience is an asset but is not required.
