Hi-Tech Paving & Contracting Inc. is a parking lot maintenance company serving commercial and industrial clients across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in asphalt repairs, pothole patching, crack filler, concrete repairs, sealcoating, and general site maintenance. Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking an experienced construction worker with hands-on experience in concrete forming and finishing, as well as asphalt paving and raking. The successful candidate must also be willing to learn and assist with other parking lot maintenance and general site-work duties beyond concrete and asphalt. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing quality work. They must be comfortable using general hand and power tools, including various types of concrete and asphalt saws. This individual will show up on time ready to contribute, follow direction, work safely, and maintain a high standard of productivity and workmanship on every job. They will play an important role in completing durable, long-lasting concrete and asphalt repairs that meet our quality standards. Responsibilities: -Perform hands-on concrete and asphalt work as required -Follow direction from senior members and contribute to efficient job completion -Maintain a robust work ethic and consistently meet productivity expectations -Work safely at all times and follow company standards and procedures -Keep the jobsite clean,



organized, and professional -Communicate any issues or concerns to team lead. Requirements: -Minimum 3 years in concrete forming and finishing and/or Asphalt paving (experience in both strongly preferred) -Minimum 2 years of experience operating a skid-steer and raking is preferred -Experience operating asphalt crack routing equipment (router) for crack repair would be an asset. -Valid Class G driver’s licence (required). -Strong ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. -Able to safely perform physically demanding tasks including lifting materials, operating equipment, and working extended hours when required -Calm under pressure, dependable, and safety-conscious a must.
