About Nightingale

Since 1928, Nightingale has stood for High Performance Seating — built on Craftsmanship, Comfort, and Performance. These aren't taglines to us; they're the standard every chair is built to.

We're modernizing the company from the ground up, with ambitious plans for growth. That includes a complete re-brand — a rare chance to shape how the world experiences Nightingale, not just maintain it. We're building a high-caliber team to do meaningful, exciting work, and this role is a chance for someone to shape and own marketing for the company.

The Role

This is a multi-faceted role: you'll own marketing strategy, social media, user experience, creative direction, and the re-brand across every touchpoint — with real input into product design along the way. You'll work directly with our President and Senior Leadership Team, and closely with sales teams and external partners (architects and designers, furniture dealers, end-use customers) in a design-driven and entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Own

Marketing Calendar & Channel Strategy

- Own channel strategy and the marketing calendar for launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Manage social media on LinkedIn and Instagram, and our email marketing campaigns
- Lead our approach to events, PR, and paid marketing, and keep independent sales reps informed.

Brand & Content Execution

- Produce re-branded collateral (e.g., portfolio overviews, spec sheets, brochures) and manage print production end-to-end
- Develop product imagery, lifestyle visuals and copy consistent with our brand's aesthetic

- Own the materials program — curating fabric and finish collections and colours with suppliers.

Sales Materials & Support

- Be the go-to for marketing requests from sales reps, rep groups, and dealers — presentations, brochures, and other enablement tools.
- Own the current product launch pipeline, ensuring all sales and marketing assets are delivered ahead of each launch.

User Experience, Creative Direction & Product Input

- Own creative direction and visual standards across every touchpoint — website, social, print, and in-showroom.
- Shape the website and digital experience — how customers navigate, discover, and engage.
- Produce visual concepts for tradeshows, showrooms, and customer environments.
- Serve as the liaison to our architect and design (A&D;) channel partners.

What You Bring

- 2-5 years of marketing experience
- A genuinely strong design eye — you know what looks compelling, and the difference between good and great
- Experience building and running a multi-channel content calendar (social, email, web)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of PowerPoint and social media management tools.
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong written communications and attention to detail

Why You'll Love Working Here

- Help shape the future of a long-standing Canadian company with high growth ambitions
- Collaborate with a passionate and world class team where your ideas make a visible impact.
- Lots of autonomy, ability to move quickly with no red tape and no politics
