- 8+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience supporting client-facing products.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical/IT requirements.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, data mapping, and data transformation.
- Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and technical dependencies.
- Experience working in Agile/Iterative delivery environments with cross-functional and vendor teams.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Working knowledge of technical solution architecture from a product delivery perspective.
