Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will be integral to creating a welcoming environment, preparing high-quality products, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation, including baking and assembling products such as cakes and baked goods, Crepes waffles & Pancakes ice creams.
- Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs using cake decorating techniques
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Package baked goods and other food items for sale or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction




- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure product consistency
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient operation of the establishment

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, bakery, or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cake decorating, baking, and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Robust understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry operations is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, packaging, and presentation
