Kletke Seed Farm Ltd is a North American leader in high-quality seed coating and seed cleaning, located southeast of Teulon, Manitoba. Our core business activities include cleaning forages (timothy and alfalfa), treating forage, canola and soybeans, repackaging corn, custom packaging, climate-controlled storage of product and seed distribution.
Kletke Seed Farm Ltd is seeking an individual to fill the office position of Production Coordinator to compliment our team. To succeed you should be qualified, detail-oriented, be able to trouble shoot and problem solve, have critical thinking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We expect you to be punctual, organized and self-motivated, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creation of production documents, tags, placards, lip prints, etc.
- Seed sampling, mixing, dividing & packaging of seed samples, and shipping of samples
- Inventory control and data entry
- Invoicing
- General office duties
- Contribute to and participate in the success of our Integrated Management System
Education requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in SAP, Deacom and accounting are an asset
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Office hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Full-time employment
