We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Studio Associate to join our growing team!

Job Summary

As a Studio Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll welcome guests, introduce our DIY activities, assist with bookings, prepare beverages, and help maintain a clean and organized studio.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Introduce our pixel bead DIY experience and answer customer questions
- Guide guests throughout their visit and ensure they have a great experience
- Manage reservations and customer check-ins
- Prepare coffee, specialty drinks, and other beverages
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the studio, including workstations, beverage area, and customer areas
- Restock supplies and organize inventory




- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

- Fluent in English and French (spoken)
- Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Responsible, reliable, and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, cafés, hospitality, or entertainment is an asset, but not required

Pay: $18–$25per hour

Location: Montréal, QC

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
