Job Description: We are looking to hire a the right candidate to join our growing building maintenance division. The qualified applicant will be responsible for maintaining fundamental building equipment. The applicant will be exposed to hydronic systems including boilers and pumps, cooling systems including chillers, cooling towers, and air conditioners, and ventilation systems including make-up airs, air handling units, and large exhaust fans. In addition to completing regular maintenance the applicant will be required to complete quoted repairs on equipment within the buildings.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum Gas Fitter 1 (required)
- 313A is a benefit but not required
- Ability to think rationally and troubleshoot
- Must have clean driving record
- Must pay close attention to detail




- Must be willing to work independently and in a team environment
- Capable of working flexible hours
- Good communication skill
