Dental Receptionist – Ridge Meadows Children's Dentistry (Maple Ridge, BC)

Ridge Meadows Children's Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental practice in Maple Ridge, and we’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team!

We’re seeking someone who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively in a team-focused, child-friendly environment. Your role will be essential in helping our practice deliver exceptional care to our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily front desk operations and patient flow
- Schedule appointments efficiently (recalls, emergencies, GA coordination if applicable)
- Handle insurance claims, predeterminations, and billing (including dual insurance)
- Train and support front desk team members
- Communicate clearly with parents regarding treatment, coverage, and payments
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Coordinate with clinical team for smooth workflow

Requirements:





- Minimum 1-3 years of dental reception experience (pediatric preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance (Canada Life, Sun Life, PBC, etc.)
- Experience with dental software (Cleardent)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
