Enhance women's economic empowerment from home as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor with CECI. This virtual role focuses on data oversight and organizational capacity building in collaboration with partners.
This 4-month volunteer assignment will support CECI's efforts in the Philippines, working with The Center for Emergency Aid, Rehabilitation and Development and other organizations. You will engage in data collection and management to monitor programming, evaluate partner organizations, and co-facilitate workshops to identify support needs.
Your expertise in project management and research will be essential in developing performance and monitoring plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor country programming through data collection and management
- Evaluate partner organizations with assessments and recommendations
- Co-facilitate workshops to identify priority areas
- Develop monitoring plans and performance measures
- Raise awareness on international solidarity through communication activities
Requirements:
- University degree in relevant fields
- Knowledge of project monitoring, evaluation, and assessment
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in group facilitation
- Excellent communication skills in English
