In this full time and permanent capacity, you will be at the forefront of financial reporting within a leading real estate development organization. Your hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience in the construction industry will contribute to the oversight of all accounting operations.

Collaborating with senior leadership, you will leverage your expertise in WIP reporting and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise accounting operations including payroll and WIP
- Drive quarterly and annual financial close initiatives




- Prepare accurate financial statements and manage cash flows
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes

Requirements:

- CPA designation is highly preferred
- 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proven track record in construction industry accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Sage or Procore software advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
