Join Telecon as a hybrid IT Operations & Service Delivery Director and transform our enterprise technology landscape. Your leadership will enhance operations and drive key technology initiatives.

This full time role reports to the Vice President – Shared Services and is central to aligning IT with business goals. You'll engage in modernizing IT infrastructure and ensuring efficient service delivery while managing multiple sub-functions and direct reports.

Engage stakeholders effectively to reinforce alignment between business demands and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute IT strategy matching business needs and risk posture
- Supervise infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services
- Track and enhance KPIs,



SLAs for consistent performance
- Oversee major IT projects and vendor relationships
- Strengthen operational practices for reliability and efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in IT or related field
- Over 10 years in IT operations and service delivery
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred
- Expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud services
- Proven leadership in governance and vendor management
