Dillon is seeking a Planner to manage land development projects while fostering stakeholder relationships. With at least five years of progressive planning experience and a Master’s degree preferred, you will act as a trusted advisor, contributing to business growth and client relationships.

Prepare proposals and presentations, while promoting self-development and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate land development planning projects
- Liaise with public agencies and stakeholders
- Coach and develop staff through mentoring




- Engage in business development and client networking
- Travel for client relationship and project research

Requirements:

- Degree in planning, geography, or related field
- Membership in Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI)
- Minimum five years in land use planning
- Experience with Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) preferred
- Robust communication and report writing skills
