Lead AI Contract Management Development - Senior Software Engineer (Evisort)

Lead the development of best-in-class AI contract management tools. Shape the vision, directly impact product strategy, and drive AI initiatives that serve legal and business professionals globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable software solutions using Python and Type Script.
- Collaborate with data science and product teams to define technical roadmaps.
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
- Manage infrastructure with Terraform and containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and quick issue resolution.
- Mentor fellow engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

- 6 or more years of professional software engineering experience.




- 4 years of development with Python and Type Script frameworks such as NestJS or Django.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Proven skill in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience operating SaaS products in AWS or similar cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of modern Dev Ops practices and automated testing.

Compensation and Benefits

- Competitive base salary: $132,800
- $199,200 CAD (Vancouver) or $145,900
- $259,200 USD (US).
- Stock grants, bonus plans, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Flexible work arrangement – must spend at least 50% of time each quarter in office or with customers.
