Provide essential administrative support to senior leaders at Ontario Teachers' in the Technology division. This role demands initiative, discretion, and excellent organizational skills within a agile environment.
As an Executive Assistant reporting to the Director of Technology Planning and Operations, you will be accountable for supporting senior leaders through proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling. You'll work with various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Technology division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop executive presentations and meeting agendas
- Manage extensive calendars for senior leaders
- Prepare and process budget reports and invoices
- Draft correspondence and take meeting minutes
- Coordinate offsite meetings and team events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in administrative assistance
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
- Capable of maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in HR administration is an asset
