Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operation of multiple independent living locations

- Coach and mentor a team of Community Living Counsellors
- Manage scheduling, timecards, and financial reporting
- Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and team members

Requirements:

- Class 5 driver’s license; Class 4 required for permanent staff
- Access to a vehicle for commuting
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Transparent criminal record check paid by CLS
- Leadership experience in related fields
