As a pivotal figure within our senior team, the Superintendent will supervise and mentor principals and vice-principals, ensuring effective leadership growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead student achievement and well-being initiatives across K-12 schools




- Supervise and mentor school leaders for effective performance
- Address emerging challenges in student mental health and safety
- Contribute to the Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan
- Foster inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments

Requirements:

- Extensive leadership experience in education settings
- Membership with the Ontario College of Teachers
- Understanding of curriculum and equity-focused programming
- Proven ability to integrate technology in education
- Fluency in French is an asset
